Sec. 1220.53. Vehicles lacking valid registration plate barred; exceptions

Except for vehicles owned by the government of the United States, and horse-drawn vehicles, no highway vehicle shall be permitted in the terminal unless a currently effective registration plate duly issued by appropriate governmental authority is attached thereto.
