Sec. 1220.72. Liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver parcels limited

Port Authority liability for loss of, or damage to, or failure to deliver a parcel left in storage at the parcel check room shall be limited to $25 unless a value in excess of $25 is declared and extra charge paid when the parcel is checked. Value in excess of $25 may not be declared on a parcel checked by a baggage transfer company.
