Sec. 1242.14. Berth assignment permits; location of berth

No watercraft shall be docked or berthed at or made fast to a public wharf or in any dock, slip, basin or other waterway adjacent to any such structure, except at the location assigned to such watercraft by the Port Authority, or in such manner as to endanger unreasonably or be likely to endanger unreasonably persons or property.
