Sec. 1242.29. Indemnity

The holder of a permit for use of a berth at a terminal shall indemnify and save harmless the Port Authority, its commissioners, officers and/or employees, from any and all claims and demands including, but without limitation thereto, claims and demands or third persons caused by the negligent acts or omissions of the permittee.
