Sec. 167.8. Qualifications of instructional personnel

Instructional personnel shall:
(a) have received an appropriate bacculaureate or higher degree upon completion of an approved college program; and
(b) have completed educational preparation at least equal to that required of teachers of equivalent curricula or courses in public secondary schools.
