Sec. 135.10. Certificates of approval for cash compensation

The Director of the Budget shall file certificates of approval for cash compensation for scheduled overtime with the Department of Audit and Control, the Department of Civil Service, the Senate Finance Committee and the Assembly Ways and Means Committee.
