Sec. 135.9. Time of payment of cash compensation

When cash payment for scheduled overtime has been approved by the Director of the Budget, officers and employees shall be paid for such overtime compensation in excess of 40 hours per week by the close of the second bi-weekly payroll period following the period during which the overtime is earned.
