    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by Seneca Hillcrest Apts., at 5743 Route 5, Vernon, New York, for waiver of the individual living unit metering requirements.
