PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering the proposal for funding and management of a Technology and Business Innovation Program as described in the Clean Energy Fund Proposal filed by NYSERDA.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2), and 66(1)
Subject:
Funding and management of a Technology and Business Innovation Program as described in the Clean Energy Fund Proposal.
Purpose:
Consideration of proposal by NYSERDA for the funding and management of a Technology and Business Innovation Program.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a proposal filed by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) titled Clean Energy Fund Proposal. NYSERDA requests that the Commission issue an order establishing a Technology and Business Innovation Program and collections, funding, and management rules for that program. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
