    Pole Attachment Rate
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering a proposed filing by Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. to make various changes in the rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its Schedule for Electric Service, PSC No. 9—Electricity.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)
    Subject:
    Pole Attachment Rate.
    Purpose:
    To update its pole attachment rate to reflect 2008 costs.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, a proposed filing by Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. to update its pole attachment rate to reflect 2008 costs. The proposed revisions have an effective date of January 1, 2010.
