PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of sections 5815.14 and 5820.55 of Title 9 NYCRR.

Subject:
Free unlicensed bingo.
Purpose:
To allow for the conduct of free bingo by more players for entertainment or recreational purposes without a license.
