PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 143-5.1 of Title 19 NYCRR.

Executive Law, section 96-a; L. 2001, ch. 84; Uniform Commercial Code, section 9-526-(a)

Subject:

Medium or format by which copies of UCC documents filed with the Department of State will be available to the public.

Purpose:

To revise existing regulation to provide for expanded forms of data transfer.
