ERRATUM

 

A Notice of Adoption, I.D. No. EDU-32-07-00009-A, pertaining to Fiscal Maintenance of Effort, published in the November 14, 2007 issue of the State Register contained an incorrect section number in the action taken. Action taken should read as follows: Addition of section 170.13 to Title 8 NYCRR.

The Department of State apologizes for any confusion this may have caused.
