    Denying O&R's Request for a New Commercial and Industrial Existing Buildings Gas Rebate Program
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 2/13/13, the PSC adopted an order denying a petition filed by Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. for a new Commercial and Industrial Existing Buildings Gas Rebate Program.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Denying O&R's request for a new Commercial and Industrial Existing Buildings Gas Rebate Program.
    Purpose:
    To deny Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc.'s request for a new Commercial and Industrial Existing Buildings Gas Rebate Program.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on February 13, 2013 adopted an order denying the April 2, 2012 petition of Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. for a new gas Commercial and Industrial Rebate Program within their EEPS portfolio, subject to terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
