Amendments to PSC No. 220, Electricity, Effective 3/19/12, for Revisions to Cable and Electric Pole Attachment Rates
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/15/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's amendments to PSC No. 220—electricity, effective 3/19/12 to make revisions to Rule 35 Cable Television & Electric Distribution Pole Attachment Rates.

Purpose:
To approve amendments to PSC No. 220, electricity, effective 3/19/12, for revisions to Cable & Electric Pole Attachment Rates.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 15, 2012 adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's amendments to PSC No. 220 - electricity, effective March 19, 2012 to make revisions to Rule 35 - Cable Television Pole Attachment Rate and Electric Distribution Pole Wireless Attachment Rate, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
