PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 3/15/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to modify its Economic Development Plan.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 5, 65 and 66
Subject:
Modify the Economic Development Plan.
Purpose:
To modify its Economic Development Plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on March 15, 2012, adopted an order approving the petition of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to modify its Economic Development Plan to add a Business Retention Program, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
