PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Approval of a plan by Commercial Mutual Insurance Company to convert from an advance premium co-operative property/casualty insurance company to a stock property/casualty insurance company.
