    Request to Extend the Deadline to Complete the Bath Electric, Gas & Water Systems Reliability Project
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 4/19/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Corning Natural Gas Corporation's request to extend the deadline to complete the Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems Reliability Project, from November 1, 2012 to November 1, 2013.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66
    Subject:
    Request to extend the deadline to complete the Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems Reliability Project.
    Purpose:
    To approve a request to extend the deadline to complete the Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems Reliability Project.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on April 19, 2012 adopted an order approving Corning Natural Gas Corporation's request to extend the deadline to complete the Bath Electric, Gas and Water Systems Reliability Project, from November 1, 2012 to November 1, 2013, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
