PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 105.3 of Title 21 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Public Authorities Law, sections 354(5), (15) and 361(1)(a); and Vehicle and Traffic Law, section 1630

Subject:

Delete obsolete references to Interstate 84 ("I-84") from 21 NYCRR section 105.3.

Purpose:

The Thruway Authority's jurisdiction no longer includes I-84 and this rule will delete the obsolete references.
