PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

The Long Island Power Authority ("Authority") adopted a proposal to modify its Tariff for Electric Service to effectuate On-Bill Efficiency Loan Recovery.
Statutory authority:

Subject:
Authority's Tariff for Electric Service regarding On-Bill Efficiency Loan Recovery.
Purpose:
To effectuate On-Bill Efficiency Loan Recovery.
