PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of sections 439.2(h), (q), 440.2(a), (b), 440.7(c), (d) and (e) of Title 9 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Environmental Conservation Law, section 54-0911; Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Law, section 3.09(8)

Subject:

Parks, historic preservation and heritage area grants under the Environmental Protection Act.

Purpose:

To update and streamline the application requirements for parks, historic preservation and heritage area grants.
