    Approval of a Transfer of Land Located at the Caithness Long Island Energy Center
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering the approval of the transfer of 26.6 acres of land located at the Caithness Long Island Energy Center in the Town of Brookhaven from Caithness Long Island LLC to CELI Land LLC.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 70
    Subject:
    Approval of a transfer of land located at the Caithness Long Island Energy Center.
    Purpose:
    To consider the approval of a transfer of land located at the Caithness Long Island Energy Center.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering a petition filed on May 16, 2012 requesting approval of the transfer, from Caithness Long Island LLC to CELI Land LLC, of the ownership of 26.6 acres of land located at the Caithness Long Island Energy Center in the Town of Brookhaven, New York. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed.
