PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 7/14/16, the PSC adopted an order approving AG-Energy, L.P.'s (AG-Energy) petition for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) and request for continued lightened regulation.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2(13), 5(1)(b), 68(1) and 70
Subject:
CPCN and request for continued lightened regulation.
Purpose:
To approve AG-Energy's petition for a CPCN and request for continued lightened regulation.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on July 14, 2016, adopted an order approving AG-Energy, L.P.'s petition for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity and request for continued lightened regulation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
