    Notice of Abandoned Property Received by the State Comptroller
    Pursuant to provisions of the Abandoned Property Law and related laws, the Office of the State Comptroller receives unclaimed monies and other property deemed abandoned. A list of the names and last known addresses of the entitled owners of this abandoned property is maintained by the office in accordance with Section 1401 of the Abandoned Property Law.     PUBLIC NOTICE
    Livingston County
    The County of Livingston, NY is soliciting proposals from administrative service agencies relating to trust service, administration and/or funding of a 401 (a) Deferred Compensation Plan for the employees of Livingston County. They must meet the requirements of section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code and Section 5 of the State Finance Law, including all rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto.

    2007-1306 Matter of Robert T. Rosenberger Jr., 59 Clearview Road, Averill Park, NY 12018 for a variance concerning fire safety issues including the code requirement for a Type I hood and a fire suppression system over a domestic cooking appliance being used for commercial purposes.
    Involved is the expansion of services provided in an existing space of M (mercantile) occupancy in a building containing a mixed occupancy of M/B (mercantile/business) occupancies in a 1 story building of Type VB (combustible) construction having a cumulative gross floor area of 1,100 square feet. The M (mercantile) occupancy is known as “The Ice Cream Shoppe” and is located at 3283 NY RT 43, Town of Sand Lake, Rensselaer County, State of New York.
