    Amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, Eff. 9/1/11 to Update Hourly Pricing Provisions
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 8/18/11, the PSC adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, effective 9/1/11 to update its incremental monthly charge applicable to customers subject to hourly pricing provisions.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 66(12)

    Amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, eff. 9/1/11 to update hourly pricing provisions.
    Purpose:
    To approve amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, eff. 9/1/11 to update hourly pricing provisions.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on August 18, 2011 adopted an order approving Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC No. 15 — Electricity, effective September 1, 2011 to update its incremental monthly charge applicable to customers subject to hourly pricing provisions under Service Classification (SC) No. 2 — General Service and to identify the monthly charge for customers choosing a cellular-enabled meter under SC No. 3 — Large Power Primary Service and SC No. 13 — Large Power Substation and Transmission Service.

    No changes.
