Sec. 14-5.32. Milk and milk products and substitutions; pasteurization

- (a) When fluid or dry milk, fluid or dry milk products, and fluid or dry milk substitutes are used or furnished, they are to be pasteurized and are to meet the standards established by law.(b) Milk and fluid milk products dispensed by vending machines are to be in individual containers filled and sealed at the milk processing plant.
