- (a) “Pizza with Meat” is a bread base meat food product with tomato sauce, cheese, and meat topping. It shall contain cooked meat from not less than 15 percent raw meat.(b) “Pizza with Sausage” is a bread base meat food product with tomato sauce, cheese, and not less than 12 percent cooked sausage or 10 percent dry sausage; e.g., pepperoni.
